Review Policy

I am currently open to review requests!

Hello, friend! Thank you for considering me to review your book!

I do not receive nor accept any financial compensation for reviews or promotional content. If I have received a book as an ARC, there will be a clear disclaimer in the beginning of my review.

I will always be honest in my reviews, which means that I won't give your book a glowing review just because you sent me a free book. If I don't like your book, remember that it is not an attack on you. I will always be respectful in my criticisms, and they will always be legitimate criticisms.

Formats

I accept physical, eBook, or audiobook ARCs, though I prefer eBooks (I can read PDF, EPUB, or MOBI formats). 

Genres

I only accept Young Adult or books that would appeal to Young Adult readers. I am pretty much open to review any genre.

I do NOT accept requests for Adult or non-fiction books. 

Reviews

I post my reviews on my blog and on Goodreads, and promote them on Tumblr and Pinterest. 

On my blog reviews, I will include my rating (more info on my rating system below), the release date, buy links, and the publisher's synopsis, along with a non-spoiler (unless otherwise specified) review that goes through the strengths and weaknesses of your book.

On Goodreads, I will include a rating and a short 3-4 sentence review, along with a link to my blog review.

Rating System

★★★★★ - It made me laugh and then cry and after finishing it, there's a book sized hole in my heart. 

★★★★☆ - Very good, but it was missing something.

★★★☆☆ - A good book, but pretty average.

★★☆☆☆ - Did not enjoy it, and would not recommend to anyone.

★☆☆☆☆ - Actively hated reading it, and/or did not finish.

Promotional Content

I am open to doing promotional content like book tours, cover reveals, author interviews, guest blogging, etc.

Limitations to Reviewing

I am a student and have a very busy life outside of this blog. I am not able to read and review all requests, but I will try to. If I DNF or strongly dislike a book, I will not post a review. 

I am not able to review all of the books that I receive, but I may be able to do promotional content in lieu of a review.

I consider all requests and will reply to each of them.
